Seriously. I do. I have the money and for the most part, I've been good all week! Seriously, I have.
Haven't started the workouts. Sadly, I've been to lazy. That'll stop soon. But I've been good with portion control and not eating fast food. Except for the Pizza Hut. But that wasn't my fault. We had that for dinner as a family. And I kept the slices to a minimum.
Can't wait to start trying these new recipes! I'm like a lot of people. I like my meat, starch, and veggie. I like that combination. So when I see recipes that serve entire third world countries the most delicious mashed potatoes I've ever heard of, I get upset.
So I think I'm going to invest in the single dish. It doesn't necessarily have to be the three combo I'm so used to. If I want a bowl of mashed potatoes, I'm going to eat it. But just that bowl. Nothing but a side salad with it. I'll get used to it. I know I will, because I've got some awesome single dish-large serving recipes that I want to try. Well thats all for now.

Sweet Relish
Well today marks the third day of my "new" life. Not much has changed. :( This motivation thing is hard. I'm not going to the gym.
Tonight, I'm gonna start a little closer to home. The dreaded "Treadmill" Ugh. Serious, yo. Gotta work now, I'll post my after thoughts after tonight's first workout. SOOO EXCITED!!!
