Countdown: 2 days to go

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I'm not happy. I've been steadily gaining 10-15 pounds a year since I was 13. I want to be healthier and I want to be comfortable in my own skin.

That is why I have set the goal to exercise everyday (except Mondays) for 365 days. My goal is to reach 150 lbs. I'll be going to the gym on the 1st of the month to get my current weight. I've been to the doctor a few times in the last couple of months because I got really sick, so I have a feeling. Hopefully it hasn't changed drastically since then.

I'll be using this blog to document how I'm feeling and have something to feel accountable for. I'll post once a week, most likely Friday or Saturday.

I have a membership at the local Snap Fitness which is a 24 hour fitness gym that I'll be using. I've actually had it for a couple years and was about to cancel it until a couple weeks ago when I decided that I need to actually use it.
